I review from an employer's/recruiter perspective and will identify and highlight your qualities, competencies, skills and achievements required for the role, while also working with you to quantify those achievements.

Graduate or less than 1 year experience: €190

More than 1 year of experience: €250

Package includes:

  • CV template formatted to comply with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)  

  • Tips for each section how to complete your CV 

  • A detailed review and feedback of CV under each section

  • Review is completed via Google Docs with a 60 minute meeting online / in person to complete the final proof read, review and rewrite. 

  • A cover letter will be included if required.

  • Statia was extremely helpful in going through my CV and helping me edit it and bring it up to scratch. She provided great insight into where I could go with my career and helped me land my job as an accounting apprentice. About Statia

I was inspired to launch O’Carroll Careers through my interactions with the 1000’s of candidates I interviewed during my 25+ year career at Vhi, Great West Life and Cartoon Saloon. I often noticed that lots of candidates would have been stronger presenters had they sought the support of a career coach.

I am a graduate of the BA Human Resource Management at the National College of Ireland (NCIRL) and the Coaching Diploma at Technological University Dublin (TUD). I am an accredited Coach with European Mentoring Coaching Council (EMCC) Ireland and a Chartered Member of the Certified Institute of Personal Development (MCIPD).
