  • Seven hours of individual career coaching split into one hour personalised coaching sessions

Important information

The program includes one revision round for your master  CV and LinkedIn profile. Your master CV provides a strong core CV that you can adapt for suitable jobs; individual tailoring for multiple job applications is not included. Additional support can be arranged separately if required.   It does not include unlimited rewriting or tailoring of your CV for individual vacancies. Any additional support required outside the agreed program can be discussed separately.

Career clarity and direction
We will explore what you want from the next stage of your career, taking account of your strengths, experience, priorities and practical circumstances. You will gain a clearer understanding of the roles and career directions that could offer the right balance of purpose, passion and pay.

Transferable skills and professional value
It can be difficult to see how your existing experience translates into a different role or sector. Through individual coaching and professional feedback, you will identify your strongest transferable skills and learn how to communicate your value with greater confidence.

CV and LinkedIn positioning
Your master CV will be professionally rewritten to present your experience, achievements and strengths clearly. Your LinkedIn profile will also be optimised to support your professional positioning and improve how you are found and understood by recruiters and potential employers.

Personalised job-search support
You will receive practical guidance tailored to the roles, sectors and organisations you wish to explore. This will help you focus your time, identify realistic opportunities and approach your job search with a clear and manageable plan.

Tailored interview preparation
When you are ready to apply, we will work on presenting your experience effectively at the interview. Your preparation will be tailored to your target role, helping you develop focused examples, answer questions with greater clarity and approach interviews with increased confidence.

About Statia

I was inspired to launch O’Carroll Careers through my interactions with the 1000’s of candidates I interviewed during my 25+ year career at Vhi, Great West Life and Cartoon Saloon. I often noticed that lots of candidates would have been stronger presenters had they sought the support of a career coach.

I am a graduate of the BA Human Resource Management at the National College of Ireland (NCIRL) and the Coaching Diploma at Technological University Dublin (TUD). I am an accredited Coach with European Mentoring Coaching Council (EMCC) Ireland and a Chartered Member of the Certified Institute of Personal Development (MCIPD).
