  • Interview training for in-person, on line, or pre-recorded video interviews.

  • 3 hour interview coaching that can be split into sessions depending on your preference.  

  • Preparation pack includes:

    • How to prepare for the interview

    • Sample questions

    • How to structure answers to competency questions using the STAR technique, and general questions e.g. ‘Tell me about yourself?’  

  • Interactive mock interview questions with constructive feedback to refine your answers and select relevant STAR examples and hypothetical scenario answers.  

  • Personalised feedback summary sheet with trigger words for STAR and scenario answers. 

  • Provide techniques to manage pre-interview nerves, maintain composure and appropriate body language.

  • Final preparation interview checklist and post interview follow up call.

About Statia

I was inspired to launch O’Carroll Careers through my interactions with the 1000’s of candidates I interviewed during my 25+ year career at Vhi, Great West Life and Cartoon Saloon. I often noticed that lots of candidates would have been stronger presenters had they sought the support of a career coach.

I am a graduate of the BA Human Resource Management at the National College of Ireland (NCIRL) and the Coaching Diploma at Technological University Dublin (TUD). I am an accredited Coach with European Mentoring Coaching Council (EMCC) Ireland and a Chartered Member of the Certified Institute of Personal Development (MCIPD).
